Client Service Officer - Equity and Diversity

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for client services and legislation

• Manage inquiries and correspondence with clients and agencies

• Process financial transactions and manage account reports

Requirements:

• College diploma in administrative studies or equivalent

• Experience in client services, particularly public-facing

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to interpret technical information for various audiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
