Join The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) as an Executive Assistant, working in a full-time permanent position focused on impactful conservation efforts. Be part of a team dedicated to protecting natural areas.
As the Executive Assistant, you will primarily support the Atlantic Regional Vice President and assist in administrative tasks for the management team.
Your role will involve managing calendars, organizing travel, and supporting the Regional Board with meeting logistics, thus ensuring effective collaboration and communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle scheduling and travel for the Regional Vice President
• Plan and coordinate board meetings, preparing minutes
• Write and revise outgoing correspondence as needed
• Assist middle managers with various administrative support
• Maintain updated records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism in French is advantageous
• Strong organizational and proactive abilities
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team
