In this role, you will coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed to SERVPRO’s quality standards. You'll prepare estimates, manage budgets, and lead the construction team while being the primary contact for clients and stakeholders. Your success hinges on your organizational skills and ability to meet project goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all construction projects
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution
• Prepare detailed project budgets, estimates, and quotations
• Manage teams and distribute tasks to achieve efficiency
• Document and track all project performance metrics
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred construction management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication abilities, both written and oral
