Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and related documents

• Prepare quantity take-offs and analyze project costs

• Collaborate with project management and clients

• Maintain communication with subcontractors

• Ensure timely submission of all project bids

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years estimating experience in Canada

• Hands-on experience in construction disciplines

• Red Seal Carpenter or estimation background

• Strong skills in prioritization and time management
