Wilmac Construction is looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead commercial construction projects in the Charlottetown and Summerside areas.

• Lead and coordinate carpenters, laborers, subcontractors, and site activities
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain safe work practices
• Communicate daily progress with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Monitor quality control and resolve issues proactively
• Help maintain project schedules and productivity targets

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and safety standards
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Ground‑up commercial construction
• Managing multiple subcontractors and trades
• Experience with construction management software
