Position: Carpenter Foreman Role with Wilmac Construction
Wilmac Construction is looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to oversee projects in PEI. This full-time role focuses on safety, high-quality work, and leading construction teams.

As a Carpenter Foreman, you’ll manage commercial construction initiatives in Charlottetown and Summerside. You'll need a minimum of five years’ experience and proven skills in project management and team leadership. Your responsibility is to ensure all activities are executed efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site activities and coordinate laborers and subcontractors

• Assign tasks and monitor the team’s output

• Read blueprints and manage material coordination

• Ensure compliance with safety specifications

• Facilitate toolbox talks to promote safe work practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial construction environments

• Previous foreman or supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of construction practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must possess a valid driver's license
