In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include preparing estimates, managing budgets, and leading the construction team while being the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders. Your organizational and leadership skills will be critical to meeting project objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all construction projects
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution
• Prepare detailed project budgets, estimates, and quotations
• Manage teams and distribute tasks to achieve efficiency
• Document and track all project performance metrics
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred construction management experience
• Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication abilities, both written and oral
