Concrete Labourer

We're looking for hardworking and reliable Concrete Labourers to join a busy construction team. This role involves assisting with a variety of concrete and general construction projects throughout the Charlottetown area. Candidates with previous construction experience and concrete installation or finishing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
THE JOB

Assist with setting up and preparing construction sites

Help form concrete pads, walkways, and curbs

Assist with fence and patio construction

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

Transport soil, gravel, and other construction materials

Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work area

Operate basic construction equipment such as compactors, jackhammers, and hammer drills

Complete other labour duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Previous construction experience required

Concrete installation or finishing experience is strongly preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team

CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (unless otherwise directed, dependent on project
