Position: Instructor for Caterpillar Technical Training

As a Technical Training Instructor, you will identify specific training needs and design engaging courses tailored to enrich knowledge of Caterpillar’s product line.

Your role involves frequent communication with service teams and hands-on involvement in training logistics and classroom management. You will also handle administrative tasks crucial for tracking technician progress and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver training courses on machinery

• Maintain clear communication regarding training needs

• Oversee training equipment and educational resources

• Prepare detailed reports and performance evaluations

• Travel to training sites as required
Requirements:

• College diploma in Heavy Equipment or equivalent experience

• Heavy Equipment Certification or Mechanics license

• 5+ years’ experience with Caterpillar machinery

• Strong communication and computer proficiency

• Capable of independent and teamwork execution
