• College diploma in Heavy Equipment or equivalent
• Provincial Heavy Equipment Certification or Mechanics license
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Caterpillar equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Caterpillar Software
