In this vital role, you will develop and monitor personalized behavioral interventions for children with ASD, working closely with families, staff, and other professionals. Your leadership will help implement evidence-based practices, guiding training and offering direct teaching to facilitate children's growth and transitions into educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and update individualized behavioral interventions
• Conduct assessments to inform instruction
• Collaborate with professionals to develop effective strategies
• Support families and staff through training sessions
• Facilitate functional behavioral assessments
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields like Psychology
• Extensive training in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license for required travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
