Kinesiology Lab Instructor Full-Time Position

Join UPEI as a full-time Kinesiology Lab Instructor, teaching biomechanics, anatomy, and motor control. This role requires evening availability and offers a competitive salary up to $65,308.

The Faculty of Science at UPEI is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time term position in Kinesiology. Your duties will include instructing laboratory sessions, setting up labs, delivering educational content, and marking student work. Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct kinesiology labs in biomechanics, anatomy, and motor learning

• Set up and deliver laboratory sessions effectively

• Evaluate student performance through marking

• Support lab delivery alongside the full-time instructor

• Maintain evening availability for certain lab classes

Requirements:

• Minimum

B.Sc. in Kinesiology or equivalent

• Master's degree or CPT/CEP certification preferred

• Experience with kinesiology lab equipment

• Strong independent teaching skills

• Enthusiastic approach to instruction
