Continuing Education Manager

Enhance adult learning initiatives as the Continuing Education Manager at the Department of Workforce and Advanced Learning. Drive program effectiveness and ensure compliance with educational standards in this pivotal role.

Reporting to the Director of Post Secondary and Continuing Education, you will oversee operations and offer leadership in the Continuing Education section. This professional role demands extensive experience in program administration, financial management, and project oversight, ensuring impactful design and delivery of diverse educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop evaluation processes for adult literacy programs

• Act as the Jurisdictional Administrator for CAEC

• Manage the Minister’s Directive for mature student certificates

• Build partnerships to support literacy and education programs

• Oversee compliance with Private Training Schools Act

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Education

• Extensive program management experience

• Skills in financial management and project oversight

• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities

• Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
