Your role will be crucial in optimizing test processes and maintaining product quality.
With over 15 years of experience, you’ll design and implement manufacturing test processes that propel new products toward successful launch. Collaborating closely with R&D, you will analyze production metrics and identify risks while ensuring all processes meet stringent design requirements. Your knowledge of Agile and Six Sigma methodologies will guide improvements and efficiencies in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft test processes from design review to product delivery
• Provide feedback on DFM and DFT requirements
• Conduct performance metrics analysis for continuous improvement
• Support transition activities from R&D to production
• Design production fixtures and automation processes
Requirements:
• 15+ years in complex manufacturing settings
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Proficient in LabVIEW, PCB layout tools, C++, and .NET
• Strong mentoring experience in engineering teams
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
