Mechanical Equipment Designer - CMP

As a Mechanical Equipment Designer, you will be part of CMP's engineering team, focusing on the design and development of equipment systems. This position allows you to leverage AutoCAD and 3D modeling software while ensuring that designs meet rigorous standards for hygiene and functionality in food processing. You will collaborate with various teams to see projects from conception through testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create industrial equipment designs according to specifications

• Use AutoCAD and Inventor for design drawings

• Compile BOMs and support material specifications

• Facilitate technical communication between teams

• Ensure designs fulfill all operational requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering

• Strong knowledge of CAD and modeling software

• Preferred EGBC registration as P.Eng/EIT

• Food processing equipment design experience preferred

• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
