Mechanical Engineer PE

This role requires a passionate Mechanical Engineer to lead capital projects while ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for project management and compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring a junior Process Engineer. Your leadership will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across all engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of capital projects from planning to delivery

• Create and manage project timelines and financials

• Approve engineering drawings and specifications

• Enhance production quality through process troubleshooting

• Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and R&D teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a mechanical engineering role

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma strategies

• Knowledge of GMP and compliance protocols

• Proven leadership and mentorship skills

• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
