• Drive process engineering assessments for cycle time
• Partner with teams to evaluate new technology
• Prioritize and manage project deliverables effectively
• Design current pharmaceutical processes and equipment
• Participate in internal project meetings and reviews

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant roles
• Certification may be preferred for this position
• Expertise in tech transfer and process mapping
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and leadership skills
