Join BIOVECTRA as a Senior Process Engineer and advance pharmaceutical manufacturing processes in our Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island facilities. This role is crucial for technology transfer and equipment efficiency. In this position, you will lead projects focusing on process engineering analysis, ensuring that robust systems are established for risk management. Collaborate with diverse teams to evaluate new processes and achieve critical quality attributes in commercial production.
Your contributions will directly impact the development of better therapeutics.
- Drive process engineering assessments for cycle time
- Partner with teams to evaluate new technology
- Prioritize and manage project deliverables effectively
- Design current pharmaceutical processes and equipment
- Participate in internal project meetings and reviews
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant roles
- Certification may be preferred for this position
- Expertise in tech transfer and process mapping
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and leadership skills
