In this Intermediate Land Development Designer role, you will be part of a dynamic Community Development team. This involves preparing engineering drawings, managing project timelines, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Create engineering drawings for land development and water resources

• Formulate and manage earthwork quantity analysis

• Ensure timely completion of project needs

• Assist with construction tender and contract documents

• Coordinate design efforts across multiple disciplines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology program

• 3+ years experience in land development engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge of Civil 3D and Autocad

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with local municipality design standards is preferred
