Marine Deputy Program Manager

Drive engineering excellence as a Deputy Program Manager in Charlottetown, PE. This office-based role focuses on project tracking, quality management, and capital program support across Atlantic Canada.

We are seeking a highly organized Deputy Program Manager to bolster our engineering efforts. This pivotal role enhances project oversight and governance in marine operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and the VP Engineering. You will help implement standardized project management practices while supporting the maintenance of critical transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement standardized project and quality management practices

• Track and report on engineering initiatives effectively

• Administer internal programs like E1, E2, and Charter Offsets

• Monitor engineering budgets and capital programs diligently

• Maintain long-range maintenance plans for all vessels

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in marine engineering or project management

• Experience in managing technical engineering projects

• PMP or quality management certification preferred

• Familiarity with marine industry standards

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Share Point
