You will navigate the complexities of financial policies and manage a dynamic finance team, including Accounts Receivable and Payable members. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor, and enforce financial policies

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements across divisions

• Prepare year-end files for external audits

• Create and consolidate budgets from collected data

• Analyze and report financial data for informed decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial experience

• Hospitality industry experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree with CPA designation favored

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Experience with financial systems like Oracle Net Suite
