What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee and evaluate sales activities and pricing policies of Account Managers within the region
  • Execute the region’s sales strategy and manage selling activities to achieve sales objectives
  • Ensure effective progression of medical professionals through the training process
  • Maximize account volume and customer satisfaction by supporting the sales team
  • Manage performance and development of team personnel through effective coaching
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Minimum of three years of healthcare sales team management experience
  • Three or more years of direct medical device sales and support management experience
  • Broad knowledge of the medical device industry and sales management
  • Strong analytical and problem‑resolution skills with exceptional organization abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience guiding customers through the learning curve of novel products/procedures
  • Proven ability to lead and function effectively in a high‑performance team environment
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Capability to use IT automation and applications effectively
  • Experience working within multi‑cultural environments
