Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Marketing Manager - Paid Media for a contract opportunity until October 2026, with strong potential for extension or conversion. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Thursday and the fourth Friday of each month at the downtown Toronto office. The role focuses on paid search and paid social digital marketing campaigns, supporting multiple business lines in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns including strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting
- Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, and other paid media channels
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for paid media initiatives across assigned portfolios
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of campaign or platform-related issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies
- 4+ years of experience in paid media, with strong focus on paid search campaigns
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and SA360
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing end-to-end campaign execution and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with in financial services or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to additional platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, or similar channels
- Experience with cross-channel campaign management
- Familiarity with automated reporting tools and advanced analytics
- Experience collaborating with agencies or mentoring team members
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills
