Agile Services is a central team of agility experts offering guidance, coaching and resources for business agility across our businesses in Marsh. We support groups new to Agility as well as established groups that want to elevate and improve existing practices.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile Adoption:
Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of training, coaching, consulting to ensure best practice is established. - Develop and Deliver Training & Workshops:
Develop and deliver practical and high impact trainings and workshops in topics like Value Streams, Product, Lean Portfolio, Leadership, Agility Foundations and Role‑based learnings. - Mentor and Develop Teams:
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance their Agile capabilities, fostering a culture of collaboration, self‑organization, and continuous improvement. - Assess and Improve Processes:
Evaluate existing work streams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize team performance and delivery. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with product management, leadership, and other stakeholders to align Agile practices with business strategy, ensuring that teams deliver maximum value. - Measure and Report Progress:
Establish Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to track the effectiveness of Agility Coaching engagements, providing regular feedback and insights to teams and leadership to drive ongoing improvement.
- Two years minimum experience as an Agile Coach with strong skills in facilitation, coaching, consulting and training.
- Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP‑ACC), SAFe.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments, ideally with a background as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work with diverse teams and leadership, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with Product and Agile tooling e.g. Jira, Azure Dev Ops, AHA, Mural.
- Experience in Enterprise Agile Coaching, Consulting & Training.
- Experience, as an Agile Coach in Product, Scaling, Portfolio and Leadership transformations.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office‑based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $112,700 to $162,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
