• Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams

• Perform resource planning and manage technical team

• Ensure operational processes meet client specifications

• Drive growth through enhanced client account management

Requirements:

• 3+ years in technical account management or data centres

• Proficiency with power and structured cabling systems

• Expert in ITSM tools such as Jira or Zendesk

• Ability to draft Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Background in Managed Services or Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
