KFC is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide essential support to its restaurant team members. This position entails troubleshooting technology issues through phone, email, and online communications. You will also conduct training sessions and contribute to continuous process improvements within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver courteous customer service through various communication channels
• Provide training on processes and software tools to users
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex technical problems
• Participate actively in training sessions and knowledge sharing
• Maintain adherence to departmental guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of IT support experience required
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now or Zendesk
• Technical college degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred French Canadian language skills
