As part of the technical support team, you will focus on resolving desktop support, network connectivity, and software application issues. Effective communication with non-technical staff and adaptability to a varied schedule from 8 PM to 1 AM AT are required for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address technical support requests through phone, email, or chat
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Record incidents and resolutions within the ticketing system
• Work collaboratively for escalated support issues
• Manage a responsive and flexible work pace
Requirements:
• Understand fundamental network components
• Skilled in Windows, Mac, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Technical support background preferred
• Commitment to pursuing relevant certifications after onboarding
