This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst to innovate operations for Google’s Contact Center as a Service. With 5+ years in similar roles (7-10+ for senior candidates), you will map, document, and optimize workflows while engaging with key stakeholders to implement changes effectively. The position also encompasses robust communication in both French and English, preparing you to navigate dynamic environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design operational processes for Google CCaaS

Requirements:
