Marsh Agile Coach Position

Become an essential part of Marsh as an Agile Coach. Your focus will be on enhancing team collaboration and implementing Agile best practices within a flexible work environment.

As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies across various teams within Marsh. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, mentoring teams, and assessing existing practices for optimization. Collaborating closely with product management and leadership, you will ensure that teams are positioned to deliver greater value aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation of Agile best practices

• Develop practical training and workshops on Agile methodologies

• Mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Assess existing processes for enhancement opportunities

• Work with stakeholders to align Agile with strategic goals

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of Agile coaching experience

• Agile certifications like CSM or SAFe

• Experience in Agile environments, such as Scrum

• Knowledge of tools like Jira and Azure Dev Ops

• Adaptability in changing work dynamics
