As a Senior Data Analyst, you will report to the Regional Director of Prince Edward Island Operations, collaborating closely with leadership and various teams.

Your role entails developing key performance dashboards, performing data mining, and acting as a strategic advisor to senior management on data analysis. Accurate reporting and communication will be crucial in driving operational improvements and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards as needed

• Collaborate with teams to ensure standardized reporting

• Advise senior management on strategic data analysis

• Analyze data for performance measurement and contracts

• Build strong relationships with business partners

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics

• Minimum 5 years in health system analytics
