Position: Data Architect for Clinical Information Systems
Elevate healthcare data management as a Clinical Information System Data Architect at the Treasury Board Secretariat in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Drive strategic data initiatives using your expertise in databases and BI tools.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will support Health PEI through the development and maintenance of CIS infrastructures. Your extensive knowledge in SQL, Oracle, and data mining will be crucial for overseeing both operational and project-related tasks. Collaborate closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance patient care and safety effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead short- and long-term data planning initiatives

• Design and maintain databases, data marts, and warehouses

• Develop and validate complex data extracts and reports

• Provide operational support for CIS-related systems

• Collaborate with analysts and managers to clarify requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field

• Extensive experience in data mining and BI environments

• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar software

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
