In addition to what makes you unique, there are a few basics that we require for this role:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016‑2025) and virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Experience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions, including platforms such as Veeam, Azure, and Wasabi.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including areas such as Defender for Cloud, Arc, virtual networks, storage, compute, and virtual desktops.
• Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure projects and successfully implement technical solutions in operational environments.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity principles, documentation standards, and infrastructure best practices.
