As the Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist, you’ll manage and continuously improve PCU’s Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, including
SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

This role brings together technical expertise, business analysis, process improvement, training, and change support. You’ll work with teams across PCU to create practical, secure, and user-friendly solutions that make it easier to collaborate, access information, and get work done.

• Administer and support PCU’s Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Develop and maintain standards for permissions, information management, security, retention, and content lifecycle.
• Partner with departments to understand business needs and develop practical digital work spaces, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, monitor platform health and usage, and evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Support privacy, cybersecurity, records management, regulatory, audit, and risk requirements related to Microsoft 365.
• Develop training and resources, support Microsoft 365 Champions, and help employees use tools effectively and consistently.

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365 administration, and Entra .
• Experience with business analysis, process improvement, workflow automation, information management, training, or user adoption.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Power Shell, or working in a financial institution or regulated environment is an asset.

• Salary Range: $68,289 - $80,340
