Elevate conversational AI experiences as a Conversational AI Specialist at BMO's Virtual Connect contact centre. Drive impactful AI product discovery and development while collaborating with diverse teams.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of Natural Language IVR technology and partner with analytics, technology, and design leaders. Your extensive experience in conversational AI, along with a strong grasp of contact center operations, will empower you to provide strategic insights and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on technological requirements for BMO Virtual Connect
• Develop strategic plans to enhance conversational AI
• Identify trends and issues impacting decision-making
• Monitor performance metrics and address operational issues
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI
• Proficiency in Conversational AI and contact center products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven decision-making expertise
