Support customers after hours as a Service Desk Analyst using technical troubleshooting, clear communication, and Microsoft 365 knowledge. Work on-site in Charlottetown or remotely from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Manitoba.

• Deliver empathetic support through phone, chat, email, and self-service
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, password, access, and connectivity issues
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and business applications
• Document incidents, requests, troubleshooting, and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation ability
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work rotating overnight schedules
