Commercial Cleaner

About the Role

As a CBRE Commercial Cleaner, you will perform basic maintenance tasks. This includes housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world‑class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

• Maintain cleanliness of the property, boardrooms, washrooms, kitchens and general office spaces.
• Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are stocked.
• Respond to employee desk and office lockouts and manages replacement keys.
• Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety.
• Complete general labor work as assigned. Assist internal employees with office space relocation by delivering and collecting packing supplies.
• Help maintenance staff, engineers, and company vendors with special projects as needed. Review work upon completion of a project to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
• Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisor.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
