Position: CBRE Commercial Cleaner Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in general areas and washrooms

• Organize inventory and manage storage room contents

• Assist with office relocations and deliver packing supplies

• Respond to key lockouts and provide essential support

• Collaborate with maintenance staff on special projects

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
