Position: Maintenance Technician for Apartments PEI
Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician focused on servicing 300 apartment units across 20 buildings in PEI. Leverage your diverse repair skills in a flexible work environment.

This role involves collaborating with another maintenance technician and multiple Building Ambassadors to ensure comprehensive maintenance and repair across a large property. You will perform unit turns, coordinate with external vendors, and manage daily repair requests from residents. Your communication skills will be key in maintaining high customer satisfaction and managing project timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete unit turns including painting and flooring

• Manage relationships with community contractors

• Prioritize and execute repair requests efficiently

• Conduct routine inspections for building maintenance

• Train Building Ambassadors on technical skills

Requirements:

• Several years of building repair and maintenance experience

• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects

• Familiarity with tech tools and platforms

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
