Reliability Planner

In this pivotal role, you will lead maintenance planning and coordination, ensuring optimal equipment performance and compliance. Your insights will drive preventative maintenance initiatives and enhance operational reliability, allowing you to work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventative maintenance schedules in the CMMS system

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with team members

• Analyze equipment performance for reliability trends

• Implement solutions to enhance equipment uptime

• Maintain inventory levels for maintenance materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles in manufacturing

• Experience with CMMS systems is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Red Seal certification or engineering experience is an asset
