Position: Custodian: Cleanliness and Maintenance Role
We are seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of our property while providing excellent customer service and collaborating effectively with the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for all duties related to cleaning and maintaining various site areas, including outdoor spaces. This position involves physical work, requiring effective communication skills and a commitment to a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sweeping, mopping, garbage collection, and vacuuming

• Care for plants and oversee building lighting systems

• Prepare for special events by organizing necessary equipment

• Conduct weekly inspections of facilities and report findings

• Ensure safety compliance regarding hazards for patrons

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in janitorial services is important

• WHMIS Training is a plus

• Excellent communication skills necessary

• Bilingual candidates will have an advantage
