As a Millwright Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client's facility runs safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help create a safe and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure maintenance projects are completed safely and on schedule.
  • Execute and close work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Keep detailed maintenance records and documentation.
  • Support safety programs and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance or facility technician role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
  • HVAC maintenance experience (filters, belts, etc.) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to provide a clear criminal record check.
  • Fast‑paced production setting requiring flexibility and problem‑solving.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform hands‑on maintenance tasks for extended periods.
  • May be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and cleaning agents.
  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn as required.
