Embrace an exciting role at BIOVECTRA in Charlottetown as a Power Engineer focused on optimizing manufacturing processes. This position involves rotating shifts and equipment oversight.
In this role, you will operate and maintain essential systems, including HVAC and boiler operations to support pharmaceutical production. You will be responsible for inspections, repairs, emergency responses, and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate across departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems
• Monitor system performance for safety compliance
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance daily
• Log all maintenance activities and equipment repairs
• Assist in responding to emergencies and system failures
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required
• 1-3 years relevant experience in system maintenance
• Effective communication and cGMP guidelines knowledge
• Electrical, Millwright, or Plumbing training preferred
• Experience with CMMS tools
