This role demands leadership in daily Apparel Production operations, supervising the Embroidering, Picking, Stocking, Alterations, and Quality Control teams. You will be responsible for timely order execution, effective payroll management, and ensuring logos are updated accurately in the database. Your problem-solving skills will help navigate challenges and maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order execution and address escalations efficiently

• Oversee operational scheduling and employee management

• Ensure proper management of logos and documentation

• Coach teams on procedural adherence and best practices

• Promote safety and efficiency in daily operations

Requirements:

• Trade Certification or College Diploma required

• Minimum of 4 years experience in production settings

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
