Experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Operating within a GMP-compliant environment, you will ensure that equipment is consistently safe and efficient. With a focus on continuous improvement and preventive maintenance, your skills will directly impact production efficacy. This role involves shift work, averaging 12 hours and alternating between days and nights every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery

• Maintain a preventative maintenance program effectively

• Document maintenance tasks accurately in the database

• Manage cleaning and organization of maintenance areas

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues proactively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; related diploma favored

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance

• Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems preferred

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
