Production Assiciate

We’re seeking a Temporary Production Associate to join our client’s manufacturing team for a limited-term assignment. In this role, you’ll support daily production and packaging activities in a clean, safety-conscious environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to gain valuable experience in a regulated production setting.

Assist with daily production tasks including weighing, mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging.

Operate and clean production and packaging equipment following standard procedures.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Ensure workspace cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.

Support inventory tracking and movement of materials throughout the production area.

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or packaging (asset).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.

Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Knowledge of GMP or other regulated manufacturing practices is an asset.
