Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise acute primary health care services in multiple clinics

• Lead recruitment and retention of nursing staff

• Conduct annual performance appraisals for supervised employees

• Monitor clinic quality assurance and performance indicators

• Develop departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing or current enrollment

• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador

• Five years general nursing experience

• Minimum of three years in regional/outpost nursing

• Two years of leadership or managerial experience
