In-Home Registered Nurse in PEI

Calian PSP is seeking experienced nurses to provide essential in-home support to patients across Prince Edward Island. This role allows you to manage your schedule, maximizing your impact on patient lives through direct care. Responsibilities include administering infusions, conducting phlebotomy, and ensuring quality follow-ups with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer in-home infusions and injections as needed

• Schedule appointments directly with patients or caregivers

• Complete visits at patients' homes or other locations

• Document patient interactions in an automated system

• Respond promptly to adverse events within 24 hours

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LPN/RPN license in PE

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time well

• Valid driver's license and insured car required
