Position: Director of Care at Andrews Senior Care
Lead the way in resident care as the Director of Care at Andrews Senior Care in Charlottetown, PEI. Shape a new long-term care home with a dynamic team and proven standards.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Nursing and is focused on creating a nurturing environment within a new 90-bed facility. You will oversee staffing, implement care standards, and develop a positive team culture while ensuring compliance with legislation and Accreditation Canada. Your leadership will be vital in making a difference in residents' lives from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a thriving team culture as the new home opens

• Implement staffing models and care workflows effectively

• Ensure care standards meet all regulatory benchmarks

• Partner with management on logistics and planning

• Oversee hiring and training of nursing staff

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in PEI

• Leadership experience in long-term care setting

• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
