As a key leader in the manufacturing team, you will spearhead process design from bench to scale-up while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise in drug substance projects and leadership experience will drive the success of new pharmaceutical applications. Collaborating with quality teams, you will prioritize project deliverables and guide personnel to meet operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process design and technology transfer initiatives
• Perform engineering analysis on cycle times and equipment fit
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for robust process validation
• Manage procurement and delivery of pharmaceutical technologies
• Train and develop team members while adhering to SOPs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• Two years of leadership experience in a regulated setting
• Six years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with drug substance projects (Biologics)
• Understanding of relevant codes and regulations
