Quality Assurance Coordinator

Lead quality control initiatives at a contract manufacturer in Charlottetown, PEI. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, ensure compliance with regulations and high-quality standards throughout production.

This full-time, temporary role reports to the Quality Manager and emphasizes quality assurance within the manufacturing process. You will manage vendor complaints, lead investigations, and review production documentation to maintain robust quality systems. Your expertise in GMP, HACCP, and quality risk management will be integral to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review production documentation for quality issues

• Initiate investigations for out-of-specification results

• Assist with root cause analysis and risk management

• Handle vendor and customer complaint resolutions

• Coordinate with labs for product and environmental monitoring

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in related field with QA experience

• Knowledge of GFSI standards and eQMS assets

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Attention to detail and effective time management skills
