Job Summary:

The Educator supports our retail performance by delivering world‑class customer service and product education. Educators engage guests, provide technical product knowledge, facilitate seamless transactions, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience

  • Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time.
  • Assess needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
  • Provide technical product education, articulating value and benefits.
  • Facilitate seamless end‑to‑end transactions and execute omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store.
  • Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to guest or store needs.
  • Receive feedback, partner with leadership to act and “make it right” for guests.

Working with Others

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Establish supportive relationships with all teammates.
  • Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Operations

  • Perform product presentation tasks in line with company standards.
  • Use in‑store technology to support operations and deliver guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, luxury environment during the shift.
  • Adhere to people safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must provide proof of Right to Work and related local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.
Availability
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Willingness Requirements
  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Willing to move through the store to help guests and accomplish work.
  • Willing to move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
  • Education:

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range: $18.25 – $21.00/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)

Target Bonus: $2.00/hour

Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.25 – $23.00/hour
